1. Operator and pilot phase
CrediPulse is operated by Andrea Carbonetti, an individual based in Italy. Contact for support and notices: carbonettiandrea@gmail.com.
The service is in its pilot phase and may change during testing. Checkout currently uses Stripe test mode: it creates no real charges and displayed prices test the subscription flow. Any commercial offer will require seller information, applicable terms and actual prices disclosed before purchase.
2. Features and analysis limitations
The service organizes companies, processes EUR-denominated XBRL/XML statements, displays indicators and calculations, compares reporting years, creates illustrative scenarios and exports available analysis. The demo uses fictional companies and data.
Results depend on the completeness, quality and period of uploaded information and the assumptions disclosed in the interface. Some indicators use prototype approximations: for example, the DSCR estimate does not reconstruct a complete debt-service schedule, and profit scenarios are not a cash budget.
CrediPulse does not provide certified credit ratings, personalized financial, legal or tax advice, or a guarantee of solvency or business continuity. Using it does not itself certify compliance with business-governance or distress-monitoring obligations. Review data and methods with a qualified professional before economic decisions or regulatory use.
3. Accounts and shared workspaces
Use an individual account and protect its credentials. You must be an adult and authorized to act for the practice or organization using the service. Report suspected account compromise to the operator.
The workspace owner manages access and any applicable subscription. Administrators manage members and reports; collaborators add companies and upload statements; viewers read and export data. Owners and administrators can revoke access according to their permissions.
Invitations require the named verified email and expire after seven days. Share links only with their intended recipients. Changes are recorded with the account performing them. Personal and shared workspaces remain separate.
4. Uploaded data and content
You retain rights to uploaded content and authorize processing necessary for analysis, storage and sharing within the selected workspace. You must have the permissions and lawful bases needed to use documents, business information and third-party personal data.
Upload only information relevant to the service. Avoid unnecessary personal information, special-category data or credentials. Where processing is performed on behalf of clients or other controllers, the parties must establish their roles and the agreements required by applicable law.
The application processes, but does not retain, the original XBRL file: keep your own copy. Exports contain analysis and calculation inputs; they do not replace original statements or constitute a complete workspace backup. Creating an account does not transfer ownership of your content to the operator.
5. Acceptable use
Do not infringe others’ rights, upload unlawful or harmful material, access studios without permission, bypass roles or access checks, disrupt the service, or represent results as certifications the service does not issue.
The operator may proportionately restrict access to address abuse, security risks or legal requirements. Where possible and appropriate, users will receive reasons and a contact for clarification.
6. Availability and responsibility
The pilot has no guaranteed service level. Maintenance, errors or provider outages may temporarily interrupt functions. Keep original statements and copies of important results.
Liability required by law remains unaffected. These terms do not exclude liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence or restrict mandatory rights, including applicable consumer protections. Users must independently review data and decisions based on the analyses.
7. Stopping use and deletion
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at carbonettiandrea@gmail.com. Members can leave a workspace without deleting its reports or history. Requests concerning shared content are assessed with the appropriate controller under the privacy policy.
Deleting an owner’s account may delete the associated workspace and data for every member. Consider required copies and inform colleagues before requesting this. Any future paid offer will disclose renewal, cancellation and applicable rights before subscription.
8. Privacy and external services
The privacy policy explains data processing. Google, Supabase, Cloudflare and Stripe provide infrastructure, authentication or payment functions under their respective roles. External functions may also be subject to provider terms presented on their pages.
9. Changes and governing law
Terms may be updated to reflect service or legal changes. The update date identifies the published version. Material changes requiring notice or renewed acceptance will be handled before application where required.
Italian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory rules and rights applicable to the user. Contact the operator using the email above with questions, problems or disputes.
